They don't look like much... But these guys were heaven, like butter in your mouth. Don't they look like magic little eggs? At last night's dinner party my colleague and I went crazy cooking up a storm. In less than 1.5 hours we made a flavorful shrimp dish, a caprese salad with the most amazing buffalo mozzarella straight from Italy, thyme and salt mix potatoes (below), herb crusted halibut, garlic and chili string beans, and a heavily marinated honey mustard, slightly teriyakished chicken I must have turned over about 18 times. In an effort to not be rude throughout dinner, again- my photography was limited. Agh, I'm working on this! It's been a while since I've had my own camera, so I've been forgetting to take photos until the last minute, too.
